He has more than three decades of experience in the IT industry, and has held leadership positions in various companies, including manufacturing, finance, energy, and robotics. Jason saved over $800,000 annually for one company, by migrating the IT datacenter from physical to a private Cloud. He also increased manufacturing efficiency and production by migrating to a Cloud-based ERP system. Jason has extensive experience in cybersecurity and ITIL foundations, and is well-versed in NIST standards, cyber-incident response planning and remediation. He also has expertise in CRM/ERP, telecommunications, networking, and Cloud applications (SaaS/IaaS). He is a solution- and detail-oriented leader who excels at problem-solving, team management, budgeting, project management, strategic planning, relationship management, vendor management, customer service and communication. Jason is also a Cyber-AB Registered Practitioner and leads our client NIST and CMMC compliance programs.
Serving as both a senior executive Cyber Defense P & L owner and Chief Information Security Officer, Joshua has amassed 30 years of IT & OT security services and solutions experience across the Enterprise, Government Solutions, and Critical Infrastructure. He brings deep domain expertise in cybersecurity (advisory and infrastructure), security operations, governance risk and compliance (GRC), identity and access management (IAM), and next-generation services including Internet of Things (IoT), mobile, Cloud, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Todd is a dynamic leader with more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Highly respected by his peers, Todd successfully built and led other, award-winning IT companies before launching Upper Echelon Technology. His previous company TCS was a 3-time winner of the prestigious Philadelphia 100 ranking number 19 out of 100 as determined by the Wharton School of Business. He is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who enjoys traveling. Todd is also an avid musician who has shared the stage with Grammy winners and recorded a well-received album during the Covid pandemic (on two continents in 7 different locations), which features many well-known rock musicians. Todd loves spending time with his two grandchildren, family, and friends.
